Refund policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Harbor & Hem. If, for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging with the SKU sticker. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@harborandhem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number that must be included with your return, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be mailed back within 7 days from the Return Authorization date, or else will not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- bodysuits
- leggings and athletic wear
- intimates & lingerie
- jewelry
- swimwear
- sale items
- gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit.
